Authorization and Terms Clause Samples

The "Authorization and Terms" clause defines the permissions granted and the specific conditions under which parties may act or use certain rights within an agreement. Typically, this clause outlines who is authorized to perform particular actions, such as accessing information, using intellectual property, or entering into binding commitments, and sets forth the rules or limitations governing those activities. By clearly specifying both the scope of authorization and the applicable terms, this clause helps prevent misunderstandings and ensures that all parties are aware of their rights and obligations, thereby reducing the risk of unauthorized actions or disputes.
