Common use of Authorization, Approval, etc Clause in Contracts

Authorization, Approval, etc. No authorization, approval or other action by, and no notice to or filing with, any Governmental Authority is required either for (a) the grant by such Grantor of the security interest granted hereby or for the execution, delivery and performance of this Agreement by such Grantor or (b) the perfection of or the exercise by the Administrative Agent of its rights and remedies hereunder (other than the taking of those actions referred to in clauses (a) through (c) of Section 3.5).

Authorization, Approval, etc. No authorization, approval or other action by, and no notice to or filing with, any Governmental Authority is required either for (a) the grant by such each Grantor of the security interest granted hereby or for the execution, delivery and performance of this Agreement by such each Grantor or (b) the perfection of or the exercise by the Administrative Agent Lender of its rights and remedies hereunder (other than the taking of those actions referred to in clauses (a) through (c) of Section 3.53.10).

Authorization, Approval, etc. No authorization, approval or other action by, and no notice to or filing with, any Governmental Authority governmental authority or regulatory body is required either for either (a) for the grant by such the Grantor of the security interest granted hereby or for the execution, delivery and performance of this Security Agreement by such Grantor or the Grantor, or (b) for the perfection of or the exercise by the Administrative Agent of its rights and remedies hereunder (other than the taking of those actions referred to in clauses (a) through (c) of Section 3.5)hereunder, except such filings with state and Federal offices which may be required under applicable law.
