Common use of Authorization of Additional Shares Clause in Contracts

Authorization of Additional Shares. In the event that there shall not be sufficient shares of Common Stock authorized but unissued or issued but not outstanding to permit any exchange of Rights as contemplated in accordance with this Section 24, the Company shall take all such action as may be necessary to authorize additional Common Stock for issuance upon exchange of the Rights.
