Authorization of Enquiries. The Tenant hereby authorizes the Landlord to make enquiries from time to time of any government or municipality or governmental or municipal agency with respect to the Tenant's compliance with any and all laws and regulations pertaining to the Tenant or the business conducted in the Leased Premises including, without limitation, laws and regulations pertaining to Pollutants and the protection of the environment; and the Tenant covenants and agrees that the Tenant shall from time to time provide to the Landlord such written authorization as the Landlord may reasonably require in order to facilitate the obtaining of such information.

Authorization of Enquiries. The Licensee hereby authorizes the Licensor to make enquiries from time to time of any government or governmental agency with respect to the Licensee's compliance with any and all laws and regulations pertaining to the Licensee's business in the Premises including, without limitation, laws and regulations pertaining to Pollutants and the protection of the environment; and the Licensee covenants and agrees that the Licensee will from time to time provide to the Licensor such written authorization as the Licensor may reasonably require in order to facilitate the obtaining of such information.
