Authorization of Financing Statements. Pursuant to the Code, the Account Party authorizes the Issuing Lender to file financing statements without the signature of the Account Party in such form and in such filing offices as the Issuing Lender reasonably determines appropriate to perfect the Liens in the Collateral of the Issuing Lender under this Agreement.
