Authorization of Receipt of Funds by the Trustee Under the Security Documents. The Trustee (or the Collateral Agent, if applicable) is authorized to receive any funds for the benefit of the Holders of Securities distributed under the Security Documents or Intercreditor Agreement, and to make further distributions of such funds to the Holders of Securities according to the provisions of this Indenture, the Security Documents and the Intercreditor Agreement.
