Authorization of Reimbursements. The Agency will take all actions necessary to satisfy section 53314.9 of the Government Code or any similar statute subsequently enacted to use First Tranche CFD Bond proceeds and Remainder Taxes to reimburse Developer for: (i) CFD formation and First Tranche CFD Bond issuance deposits; and (ii) advance funding of Qualified Project Costs.
