Common use of Authorization to Charge Account Clause in Contracts

Authorization to Charge Account. If and to the extent payment owed to the Agent or any Bank is not made when due hereunder or under the Revolving Credit Notes, the Borrower hereby authorizes the Agent and each Bank to charge from time to time against any or all of the Borrower's accounts with the Agent or such Bank, as the case may be, any amount so due. Notice of any such charge shall be given promptly to the Borrower by the Agent or such Bank, as the case may be.
