Common use of Authorization to Charge Account Clause in Contracts

Authorization to Charge Account. The Borrower hereby authorizes the Agent to charge the Borrower’s Swing Loan account, or Revolving Loan accounts, as applicable, with the amount of all payments and fees due hereunder to the Lenders, the Agent and the Issuing Bank as and when such payments become due. The Borrower confirms that any charges which the Agent may so make to the Borrower’s Swing Loan Account or Revolving Loan accounts as herein provided will be made as an accommodation to the Borrower and solely at the Agent’s discretion.
