Common use of Authorization to Charge Account Clause in Contracts

Authorization to Charge Account. The Borrowers hereby authorize the Administrative Agent or the Canadian Agent, as the case may be, to charge the Borrowers' Revolving Loan accounts with the amount of all payments and fees due hereunder to the Lenders, the Administrative Agent, the Canadian Agent and the Issuing Lender as and when such payments become due. The Borrowers confirm that any charges which the applicable Agent may so make to the Borrowers' Revolving Loan accounts as herein provided will be made as an accommodation to the Borrowers and solely at the applicable Agent's discretion.
