Authorization to Charge Account. The Bank is authorized to and may charge principal and interest and all other amounts due hereunder, under any Related Agreement and under the Revolving Credit Note to any account of the Borrower maintained at the Bank when and as it becomes due.

Authorization to Charge Account. Failure by the Bank to so charge the accounts of the Borrower for principal and interest or other amounts due hereunder shall not relieve the Borrower from any payment obligation to the Bank hereunder.
