Authorization to Debit and Credit Relay Balance and Linked Account Clause Samples

Authorization to Debit and Credit Relay Balance and Linked Account. You hereby authorize Relay and any applicable FI Partner to electronically debit and credit your Relay Balance and Linked Account for the purpose of satisfying your payment, settlement, and other financial obligations, and to otherwise act in accordance with your instructions in connection with the Relay Services and this Agreement. You hereby acknowledge and agree that the authorization provided by you in this Section 5.c. will remain in full force and effect until you notify Relay that you wish to revoke such authorization. If you wish to revoke your authorization as provided in this Section 5.c., then you will provide Relay with at least ten (10) Business Days’ prior written notice to cancel such authorization.
