Common use of AUTHORIZATION TO DISBURSE Clause in Contracts

AUTHORIZATION TO DISBURSE. Lender is hereby authorized to make loans and advances hereunder upon telephonic or other instructions received from anyone purporting to be an officer, employee, or representative of Borrower, or at the discretion of Lender if said loans and advances are necessary to meet any Indebtedness of Borrower to Lender. Lender shall have no duty to make inquiry or verify the authority of any such party, and Borrower shall hold Lender harmless from any damage, claims or liability by reason of Lender's honor of, or failure to honor, any such instructions.
