Common use of Authorization to Effect Subordination Clause in Contracts

Authorization to Effect Subordination. Each Holder of a Security by his acceptance thereof authorizes and directs the Trustee on his behalf to take such action as may be necessary or appropriate to effectuate, as between the holders of Senior Debt and the Holders, the subordination as provided in this Article X, and appoints the Trustee his attorney-in-fact for any and all such purposes.

Authorization to Effect Subordination. Each Holder of a Security by his the Holder’s acceptance thereof authorizes and directs the Trustee on his the Holder’s behalf to take such action as may be necessary or appropriate to effectuate, as between the holders of Senior Debt and the Holders, effectuate the subordination as provided in this Article X12, and appoints the Trustee his to act as the Holder’s attorney-in-fact for any and all such purposes.

Each Holder of a Security by his his, her or its acceptance thereof authorizes and directs the Trustee on his behalf of such Holder to take such action as may be necessary or appropriate to effectuate, as between the holders of Senior Debt and the Holders, the subordination as provided in this Article X10, and appoints the Trustee his attorney-in-fact for any and all such purposes.

Each Holder of a Security Debt Securities by his acceptance thereof authorizes and directs the Trustee on his behalf to take such action as may be necessary or appropriate to effectuate, as between the holders of Senior Debt and the Holders, effectuate the subordination as provided in this Article XXVII (to the extent the same may be modified pursuant to Section 3.1 hereof with respect to any series of Debt Securities), and appoints the Trustee his attorney-in-fact for any and all such purposes.

This Indenture may be executed in any number of counterparts, each of which shall be an original, but such counterparts shall together constitute but one instrument.
