AUTHORIZATION TO ENTER. The Purchaser is authorized to enter the sale area only for purposes related to the performance of this Contract. Any person or entity that is currently suspended or debarred from bidding on or operating government contracts is also suspended or debarred from bidding or operating (including as a sub-contractor) on this Contract.
