Common use of Authorization to Perform Services Clause in Contracts

Authorization to Perform Services. NCPA is not authorized to perform any Services or incur any costs whatsoever under the terms of this Agreement until its receipt of a written resolution and/or other appropriate/applicable authorization from each Contracting Member’s governing body confirming each Contracting Member’s authority to enter into this Agreement and confirming that each Contracting Member has allocated funds for and approved contract payments to NCPA under this Agreement.
