Common use of Authorized Card or Account Users Clause in Contracts

Authorized Card or Account Users. You, as the Primary Accountholder, are responsible for all authorized transactions initiated and fees incurred by use of the Card or Account. If you permit another person to have access to your Card, Card number, Account number(s) or PIN, or if you add another person as an authorized user on your Account, we will treat this as if you have authorized such use and you will be liable for all transactions and fees incurred by those persons. You are wholly responsible for the use of your Account according to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Only you, as the Primary Accountholder, receive account statements and have access to the transaction history. Authorized users do not receive Account statements. You are responsible for keeping track of transactions and identifying any possible unauthorized transaction(s). Only the Primary Accountholder can file a transaction dispute.
