Common use of Authorized Distributor Clause in Contracts

Authorized Distributor. a) The Original Manufacturer (OM), after receipt of Award of Contract, may furnish the details of their Authorized Distributor, so that the copies of orders can be endorsed to them for expeditious supply. In such cases where Indian Agent has been nominated by the manufacturer, the bills raised by them against our purchase order will be accepted. b) Any addition and deletion of Authorized Distributorship shall be intimated to AIIMS- Jodhpur, immediately on authorization of a new party.
