AUTHORIZED DISTRIBUTORS AND RESELLERS. Virtustream authorized distributors and resellers do not have any right to make modifications to this Agreement or to make any additional representations, commitments, or warranties. Any such purported modifications shall be null and void and shall not be enforceable against Virtustream and may result in termination of any agreement with any customer of any reseller or authorized distributor. This statement must remain in each and every license agreement entered into with any customer of any reseller or authorized distributor.
