Common use of Authorized Means of Communications Clause in Contracts

Authorized Means of Communications. Customer acknowledges and agrees that communications between ThreatAdvice and Customer may take several forms, including via electronic means such as sending emails or completing information requests on the Website. Customer agrees that ThreatAdvice may contact Customer by email, a phone number, or other means that Customer has provided to ThreatAdvice and Customer consents to ThreatAdvice recording or monitoring such phone calls for quality assurance and/or training purposes.
