Common use of AUTHORIZED SERVICE Clause in Contracts

AUTHORIZED SERVICE. This agreement and all obligations of ▇▇▇▇▇ Mechanical Inc. are void if the customer services or attempts to service his/her own heater or allow anyone other than an authorized service person from ▇▇▇▇▇ Mechanical Inc. to perform any services on the covered system.

AUTHORIZED SERVICE. This agreement and all obligations of ▇▇▇▇▇ Mechanical Inc. are void if the customer PROPERTY OWNER/AGENT services or attempts to service his/her own heater heater, or allow anyone other than an authorized service person from ▇▇▇▇▇ Mechanical Inc. to perform any services on the covered system., or purchases heating fuel oil from any source other than ▇▇▇▇▇ Mechanical Inc.
