Authorized Use of Licensed Materials. Authorized Users. Authorized Users are persons affiliated with Licensee, faculty and staff of Members’ Institution, whether on a permanent, temporary, contract or visiting basis, and individuals who are currently affiliated with a Member’s institution.

Authorized Use of Licensed Materials. (a) Authorized Users. Users - Authorized Users are persons Persons Affiliated with Licensee directly or through a subscribing entity in which they are employed or directly affiliated for a specific purpose that supports the entity’s mission. This may include full or part-time employees of the subscribing entity. A licensee may not share access to the publications with Licenseeother entities or affiliates of other entities, faculty and staff or other individuals. This includes the sharing of Members’ Institution, whether on a permanent, temporary, contract or visiting basis, and individuals who are currently affiliated with a Member’s institutionaccess among public safety organizations.
