Common use of Authorized Use Clause in Contracts

Authorized Use. The data shared pursuant to the Service Agreement, including persistent unique identifiers, shall be used for no purpose other than the Services stated in the Service Agreement and/or otherwise authorized under the statutes referenced in the prior subsection. Contractor also acknowledges and agrees that it shall not make any re-disclosure of any Student Data.

Authorized Use. The data shared pursuant to the Service Agreement, including persistent unique identifiers, shall be used for no purpose other than the Services stated in the Service Agreement and/or otherwise authorized under the statutes referenced referred to in the prior subsectionsubsection (1), above. Contractor Operator also acknowledges and agrees that it shall not make any re-disclosure of any Student Data or any portion thereof, including without limitation, meta data, user content or other non-public information and/or personally identifiable information contained in the Data, without the express written consent of the LEA.

Contractor Provider also acknowledges and agrees that it shall not make any re-disclosure of any Student DataData or any portion thereof, including without limitation, meta data, user content or other non-public information and/or personally identifiable information contained in the Student data, without the express written consent of the LEA.

With the exception of Subprocessors whose services are required to provide its obligation under the Service Agreement.

Contractor also acknowledges and agrees that it shall not make any re-disclosure of any Student DataData except as permitted in this DPA or required by law.

Authorized Use. The data shared pursuant to the Service Agreement, including persistent unique identifiers, shall be used for no purpose other than the Services stated in the Service Agreement and/or 4 otherwise authorized under the statutes referenced referred to in the prior subsectionsubsection (1), above. Contractor Provider also acknowledges and agrees that it shall not make any re-disclosure of any Student Data or any portion thereof, including without limitation, meta data, user content or other non-public information and/or personally identifiable information contained in the Student Data, without the express written consent of the School Unit.

Contractor also acknowledges and agrees that it shall not make any re-disclosure of any Student DataData except to third party service providers or subcontracts necessary to provide the Services in the Service Agreement.

Contractor The Provider also acknowledges and agrees that it shall not make any re-disclosure of any Student Data or any portion thereof, including without limitation, metadata, user content or other non-public information and/or personally identifiable information contained in the Student Data, without the express written consent of the LEA.

Authorized Use. The data shared pursuant to the Service Agreement, including persistent unique identifiers, shall be used for no purpose other than the Services stated in the Service Agreement and/or and otherwise authorized under the statutes referenced in the prior subsection. Contractor Provider also acknowledges and agrees that it shall not make any re-disclosure of any Student Data or any portion thereof, including without limitation, meta data, user content or other non- public information and/or personally identifiable information contained in the Student Data, without the express written consent of the School Unit or as otherwise permitted pursuant to applicable law.

Authorized Use. The data shared pursuant to the Service Agreement, including persistent unique identifiers, shall be used for no purpose other than the Services stated in the Service Agreement and/or otherwise authorized under the statutes referenced in the prior subsection. Contractor also acknowledges and agrees that it shall not make any re-disclosure of any Student DataData except to its subprocessors as necessary in performance of the Services.

Authorized Use. The data Student Data shared pursuant to the Service Agreement, including persistent unique identifiers, shall be used for no purpose other than the Services stated in the Service Agreement and/or otherwise authorized under the statutes referenced in the prior subsection. Contractor also acknowledges and agrees that it shall not make any re-disclosure of any Student DataData except to its subprocessors as necessary to provide the Services.

Authorized Use. The data shared pursuant to the Service Agreement, including persistent unique identifiers, shall be used for no purpose other than the Services stated in the Service Agreement and/or otherwise authorized under the statutes referenced referred to in the prior subsectionsubsection (1 ), above. Contractor Provider also acknowledges and agrees that it shall not make any re-disclosure of any Student Data or any portion thereof, including without limitation, meta data, user content or other non-public information and/or personally identifiable information contained in the Student Data, without the express written consent of the LEA.

Contractor Provider also acknowledges and agrees that it shall not make any re-disclosure of any Student Data or any portion thereof, including without limitation, meta data, user content or other non-public information and/or personally identifiable information contained in the Student Data, without the express written consent of the LEA, or as necessary to fulfil the obligations in the Service Agreement.

Contractor also acknowledges and agrees that it shall not make any re-disclosure of any Student Data.

The data shared pursuant to the Service Agreement, including persistent unique identifiers, shall be used for no purpose other than the Services stated in the Service Agreement and/or otherwise authorized by LEA or under the statutes referenced in the prior subsection. Contractor also acknowledges and agrees that it shall not make any re-disclosure of any Student DataData without the express written consent of the LEA, unless it fits into the de- identified information exception in Article IV, Section 4, or there is a court order or lawfully issued subpoena for the information.
