Common use of Authorized Use Clause in Contracts

Authorized Use. Student Data shared pursuant to this Agreement, including persistent unique identifiers, shall be used for no purpose other than the Services and for the uses set forth in the Agreement and/or as otherwise legally permissible, including, without limitation, for adaptive learning or customized student learning. The foregoing limitation does not apply to any De-Identified Data (as defined in Exhibit “C”).

Authorized Use. Student Data shared pursuant to this Agreement, including persistent unique identifiers, shall be used for no purpose other than the Services and for the uses set forth in the Agreement and/or as otherwise legally permissible, including, without limitation, for adaptive learning or customized student learning. The foregoing limitation does not apply to any De-Identified Data (as defined in Exhibit “C”).

The Student Data shared pursuant to this the Service Agreement, including persistent unique identifiers, shall be used for no purpose other than to provide the Services, for purposes authorized by the Services and for the uses set forth in the Agreement and/or as otherwise legally permissible, including, without limitation, for adaptive learning or customized student learning. The foregoing limitation does not apply to any De-Identified Data (as defined in Exhibit “C”)Data.

Provider agrees to require and maintain an appropriate confidentiality agreement from each employee or agent with access to Student Data pursuant to the DPA.

The foregoing limitation does not apply to any De-Identified Data (as defined in Exhibit “C”).
