Common use of Authorized User Access Clause in Contracts

Authorized User Access. Subscriber may permit any Authorized Users to access and use the features and functions of the Services as contemplated by this Agreement. User IDs cannot be shared or used by more than one Authorized User at a time. Subscriber is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Access Protocols and NameCoach will not be liable for any activities undertaken by anyone using Subscriber’s Access Protocols. Subscriber will immediately notify NameCoach of any unauthorized use of its Access Protocols or any other breach of security relating to the Services known to Subscriber.

Authorized User Access. Subscriber Customer may permit any Authorized Users to access and use the features and functions of the Services as contemplated by this Agreement. Each Authorized user must be granted a unique User ID. User IDs cannot be shared or used by more than one Authorized User at a time. Subscriber Customer is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Access Protocols and NameCoach Company will not be liable for any activities undertaken by anyone using SubscriberCustomer’s Access Protocols. Subscriber Customer will immediately notify NameCoach Company of any unauthorized use of its Access Protocols or any other breach of security relating to the Services known to SubscriberCustomer.

Subscriber will immediately notify NameCoach AdmitHub of any unauthorized use of its Access Protocols or any other breach of security relating to the Services known to Subscriber.
