Authorized Uses Only. The Contractor shall not use or permit the use of the Airport for any illegal or unauthorized purpose or for any purpose which would increase the premium rates paid by the Department on or invalidate any insurance policies of the Department or any policies of insurance written on behalf of the Contractor under this Agreement.
