Auto Renewals. Unless otherwise notified by you in writing at least 7 days prior to the expiry of the Term and subject to any amendments to this Agreement required by us, the Term will automatically be renewed for a subsequent Term for the same duration as the original Term. Subject to clause 4, you will be charged for the new Term as set out in the original Agreement or as agreed upon on the new commencement date.
