Autodialed or Prerecorded Messages Clause Samples
The "Autodialed or Prerecorded Messages" clause governs the use of automated telephone systems or prerecorded voice messages to contact individuals. Typically, this clause outlines the conditions under which such communications may be made, such as requiring prior express consent from the recipient or specifying compliance with applicable laws like the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). Its core function is to protect recipients from unwanted or intrusive automated calls, ensuring that organizations respect privacy and legal boundaries when using these communication methods.
