Automatic Acceleration in Certain Circumstances. If an Event of Default set forth in ‎Section 7.01(A)(ix) or ‎7.01(A)(x) occurs with respect to the Company or the Parent Guarantor (and not solely with respect to a Significant Subsidiary of the Company or of the Parent Guarantor (other than the Company)), then the principal amount of, and all accrued and unpaid interest on, all of the Notes then outstanding will immediately become due and payable without any further action or notice by any Person, and the amount that shall be due and payable with respect to each Note shall be equal to (i) 100% of the principal amount then outstanding plus (ii) accrued and unpaid interest.
