Automatic Aid to the City. Upon dispatch by the BNC Dispatch, Fire District resources will switch to the BNC Dispatch channel or incident talk group as directed for all incident communications after changing their status to “responding” via voice or MDT with CCRFCC. Status changes via the MDT shall occur in conjunction with verbal status changes with the BNC Dispatch. All requests for additional resources will be made through the BNC Dispatch.

  • Notification to Unsuccessful Job Applicants The parties agree that any unsuccessful candidate for an ONA job posting will be notified, in writing, within one (1) week of the decision being made and prior to the posting of the name of the successful candidate. Failure to comply shall constitute a material breach of the Contract and failure to cure such breach within 60 calendar days of notice from the County shall constitute grounds for termination of the Contract.

  • PROVISIONS REQUIRED BY LAW DEEMED INSERTED Each and every provision of law and clause required by law to be inserted in this Contract shall be deemed to be inserted herein and this Contract shall be read and enforced as though it were included therein.

  • Program Requirements Provided At No Charge to the Judicial Council A. The Contractor shall provide the following items during the Program at no charge to the Judicial Council: i. Secured Program registration space, including two (2) easels, and one (1) house telephone. ii. Secured Meeting room, which will function as a centralized office area for the Judicial Council during the Program. iii. Secured Program storage space, which will be used to store any Materials that arrive at the Property within seventy-two (72) hours prior to the start of the Program. The Judicial Council will endeavor to ensure that all arriving Materials are marked with the Property’s address, contact’s name, and the date or name of the Program. Should Program Materials arrive at the Property more than seventy-two (72) hours before the commencement of the Program, the Contractor shall receive and store up to five (5) boxes of Materials at no charge. No less than one (1) hour prior to the commencement of the registration for the Program or commencement of the Program itself, the Contractor shall deliver all Materials at the time and to the location as directed by the Meeting Planner. iv.
