Common use of Automatic Extended Reporting Period Clause in Contracts

Automatic Extended Reporting Period. If the Insurer or the Named Insured cancels or refuses to renew this Policy, the Insured shall have a period of sixty (60) days after the expiration of the Policy Period to report to the Insurer any Claim which is first made during the Policy Period and arises out of a Wrongful Act committed on or after the Retroactive Date and prior to the end of the Policy Period.
