Automatic Payroll Deposit. a. Bargaining unit members may elect to be paid by automatic deposit at any time. New bargaining unit members as of January 1, 1997, must be on direct deposit. Once a bargaining unit member is on direct deposit, he/she must remain on direct deposit. b. All changes in account information (i.e. routing numbers) and status must be communicated to the Treasurer’s office in order for pay to be properly processed.
