Common use of Automatic Progression Clause in Contracts

Automatic Progression. An employee with seniority hired before the date of ratification in 2006 who successfully applies for and retains a job in a higher wage group will be paid the next highest rate in such wage group above his/her current rate. He/she shall have his/her wage increased thereafter in accordance with the wage rates above.
