This Agreement or the relevant Exhibits may be terminated by Autobooks without notice to User if FI or any TPSP ceases to make the Services available to User for any reason, including but not limited due to closure of the Account, fraud, revocation of the Access Codes, or termination of the agreements between FI or a TPSP and Autobooks.
