Common use of Automobile Coverage Clause in Contracts

Automobile Coverage. Effective as of the Termination Date, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall continue to provide to ▇▇▇▇▇ benefits pursuant to ▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ automobile expense program, as in effect from time to time, as if he had continued to be an active employee commensurate with the position he held prior to the Termination Date, until the earlier of (i) 12 months from the Termination Date or (ii) the date that ▇▇▇▇▇ becomes eligible for comparable benefits under plans and programs of a subsequent employer.
