Prior to conducting any Operations on the Property, Fabled shall provide to GMC certificates evidencing the required amounts of insurance coverage and naming the GMC Parties as additional insureds, which such certificates shall provide for at least 30 days prior written notice of cancellation to the GMC Parties. Such policies shall contain a cross-liability and severability endorsement. Fabled Mexico’s liability insurance policies shall also be primary insurance, without right of contribution from any policy carried by the GMC Parties.
