Automobile Liability (Primary and Umbrella. When any motor vehicles (owned, non-owned or hired) are used in connection with work to be performed, Parking Company shall provide or cause to be provided Automobile Liability Insurance with limits of not less than One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) per occurrence or accident for bodily injury and property damage. Automobile Liability Insurance shall include coverage for loading and unloading hazards. Such insurance shall contain or be endorsed to contain a provision that includes Metro, its officials, officers, employees, and volunteers as additional insureds with respect to liability arising out of automobiles owned, leased, hired, or borrowed by or on behalf of Parking Company.
