Common use of Automobile Clause in Contracts

Automobile. Contractor shall carry automobile liability insurance, including coverage for all owned, hired, and non-owned automobiles. The primary limits of liability shall be not less than $1,000,000 combined single limit each accident for bodily injury and property damage. The umbrella or excess liability coverage required in Section 34 under Paragraph B also applies to automobile liability insurance.
