Common use of Automobiles Clause in Contracts

Automobiles. Lessee agrees that all vehicles, either owned by, leased to, or work vehicles in custodial care of the Lessee, shall be duly registered, licensed. Insured and in operable condition at all times. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ further agrees that the vehicle(s) will be maintained in a neat and undamaged condition. Vehicles in excess of ¾ ton designation are not allowed unless authorized in writing by Lessor. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to a l l terms and conditions specified in the following paragraph re ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ the parking and/or disposition of vehicles.
