Common use of Auxiliary Members Clause in Contracts

Auxiliary Members. 51.1 An auxiliary member of the Service shall not perform any police duties that are performed by a police constable except as defined in the Police Services Act. 51.2 An auxiliary member shall be accompanied or supervised by a police constable when the auxiliary member performs the duties set out in Article 51.1. 51.3 The Senior Administration responsible for the Auxiliary Members will work in cooperation with the Association relative to the deployment and assignment of these members. 51.4 Auxiliary Members tour of duty shall not exceed eight (8) hours.
