Common use of Availability Factor Clause in Contracts

Availability Factor. The following Availability Factors shall apply to DIA Services that are provided entirely on Seller’s Facilities: (i) Port Only – 99.999% (ii) Port with DS-1 Local Loop Service – 99.90% (iii) Port with Ethernet Private Line Local Loop Service i. Unprotected – 99.0% ii. Protected (Network protection; no client protection) – 99.9%
