The Company will timely file such reports pursuant to the Act as are necessary in order to make generally available to its stockholders as soon as practicable an earnings statement for the purposes of, and to provide to the Underwriters the benefits contemplated by, the last paragraph of Section 11(a) of the 1933 Act.
