Availability of Facility. (a) Subject to clause 3.7, the Facility shall be made available to the Borrower in one (1) disbursement. (b) Upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this Agreement, the Facility shall be available for drawing by the Borrower on any Business Day on or prior to the Commitments Termination Date.
