Common use of Availability of Facility Clause in Contracts

Availability of Facility. Subject to all of the terms and conditions ------------------------ of this Agreement, the facility is available from the date of this Agreement to the Termination Date, the Borrower may borrow, repay and reborrow at any time prior to the Termination Date.
