AVAILABILITY OF INVESTMENT OPTIONS. Section 3.01 describes how Contributions are allocated among Investment Options based on your election among the available Variable Investment Options. Your election is subject to the following: (a) If the Contributions are made pursuant to the terms of a Plan, then Investment Options available may be subject to the terms of such Plan, as reported to us by the Owner. (b) The available Investment Options on the Contract Date are shown in the Data Pages. We have the right to add Investment Options, to limit the number of Investment Options which you may elect, and to limit or terminate new allocations to an Investment Option. We will not limit or terminate allocations to the Guaranteed Interest Option unless so provided in the Data Pages.
