Availability of Parking Spaces. Landlord shall take reasonable actions ------------------------------ to ensure the availability of the parking spaces leased by Tenant, but Landlord does not guarantee the availability of those spaces at all times against the actions of other tenants of the Building and users of the Parking Facility. Access to the Parking Facility may, at Landlord's option, be regulated by card, pass, bumper sticker, decal or other appropriate identification issued by Landlord. Landlord retains the right to revoke the parking privileges of any user of the Parking Facility parking garage at the Building who violates the rules and regulations governing use of the Parking Facility parking garage at the Building (and Tenant shall be responsible for causing any employee of Tenant or other person using parking spaces allocated to Tenant the Parking Spaces to comply with all parking rules and regulations).
