Availability of the Network and the Connectivity Services. As from the Target Date for Milestone No. 4 (as defined in Article 3.1), the Network Service Provider shall ensure that, except as otherwise agreed by the Parties, the Network and the Connectivity Services are available between the Points of Demarcation 24 hours per day, seven days per week. The availability of the Network and the Connectivity Services shall be measured by the Network Service Provider in accordance with the indicators more specifically described in the Specifications.
