Available Documents. For so long as the Notes remain outstanding, copies of the following documents will, when published, be available during usual business hours on any weekday (Saturdays and public holidays excepted), for inspection at the head office of the Issuer at ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, ▇▇/▇, International Commerce Centre, ▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ and at the specified office of the Paying Agents: (i) the Notes Trust Deed (which includes the form of the Global Notes, the definitive Bearer Notes, the Certificates, the Coupons, the Receipts and the Talons); (ii) the Agency Agreement; (iii) the Articles of Association of the Issuer; (iv) the published annual report of the Group and audited consolidated accounts of the Group for the years ended 31 December 2022 and 2023 (the Issuer currently prepares consolidated audited accounts on an annual basis); and (v) a copy of the Programme Offering Circular and this Supplemental Offering Circular (including the Pricing Supplement).
