Common use of Available Liquidity Clause in Contracts

Available Liquidity. The Borrowers shall not permit at any time Available Liquidity to be less than the greater of (a) Thirty-Five Million Dollars ($35,000,000), and (b) thirty-five percent (35%) of the Total Commitment Amount.
