Common use of AVC Commitment Clause in Contracts

AVC Commitment. Commencing on the 10th Amendment Effective Date and in lieu of the TVC commitment, Customer agrees to pay Company $2,600,000 in Total Service Charges (“AVC”) during each Contract Year of the Term. Contract Year is defined as a consecutive twelve month period of the Initial Term starting on the 10th Amendment Date.
